With the number of homeless deaths having risen in the past 5 years, it’s more vital than ever that homeless people have choices regarding their end-of-life care.

Providing homeless people with these choices is a courtesy often overlooked but one that can make a huge difference not only to the person at high risk of dying but to their friends and family too.

In the presentation above, Alice Edwards, Associate Physician at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and Jo Cartwright Associate Physician at The Beeches Medical Centre, Gorleston outline their own project to provide real end-of-life choices to homeless people in Norwich and discuss its success.
