Professor David Nutt, Edmond J Safra Chair in Neuropsychopharmacology, Imperial College London gives the Aidan Halligan Memorial lecture on Hitting the highs and the lows: 30 years of alcohol and drug policy at Homeless and Inclusion Health’s fifth annual symposium on health, homelessness and multiple exclusion.

The symposium is developed by Pathway (the homeless health charity) and the Faculty for Homeless and Inclusion Health with support from Crisis and Lankelly Chase.

The event brings together the latest in evidence and best practice from the UK and abroad in health and public services for homeless people.

The presentations help create a unique digital library of professional development material in the fast developing discipline for homeless health and social services.
