The results of a survey on attitudes towards women at work and sexual harassment in the wake of #MeToo were recently discussed in an article for the Harvard Business Review.

The survey found that 19% of men said they were now reluctant to employ attractive women and 27% said they avoided personal meetings with their female colleagues.

This is a frustrating and unwelcome development for the #MeToo movement – not only does it create distrust and unease at work, it has the potential to put the brakes on women’s career opportunities.

Jericho Chambers describes itself as “an activist consultancy for troubled times”. Becky Holloway, Wise Crowd Builder and Convener with Jericho Chambers, recently gave an insightful plenary presentation to the Global Equality and Diversity Conference on “New Models of communications, leadership and trust, post #MeToo”.
