Dr Nancy Doyle is the CEO and founder of Genius Within – a social enterprise that provides support to neurodiverse people. She is also a Registered Occupational Psychologist with two decades of specialist experience in neurodiverse conditions and access to work.
At the Global Equality and Diversity Conference, she talked about neurodiversity, intersectionality and the barriers to occupational success for neurodiverse individuals. She explains: “People with neurodiversity are still very much without power, very much excluded and having a much a more difficult time finding occupational success.”
